Abstract
Es un objetivo proporcionar un elemento, un método de soldadura de elemento de fricción, y un método para producir una unión de elemento de fricción soldado. La presente invención es un elemento para realizar soldadura de elemento de fricción en una pila de láminas de dos o más láminas de metal apiladas al presionar el elemento en la pila de láminas mientras el elemento gira. El elemento incluye: un mandril de columna circular que es para ingresar la pila de láminas; un collar circular dispuesto en una porción de extremo superior del mandril; un primer cuerpo cónico que se extiende desde una superficie de extremo inferior del mandril; y un segundo cuerpo cónico dispuesto en el lado inferior del primer cuerpo cónico. El ángulo vertical ß del segundo cuerpo cónico y el ángulo vertical a del primer cuerpo cónico satisfacen la relación ß < a.
