Abstract
La presente invención proporciona composiciones que comprenden partículas cargadas negativamente encapsulando un antígeno, en donde el antígeno está asociado con diabetes tipo 1, miastenia gravis, púrpura trombocitopénica idiopática, vitíligo, enfermedad de Sjogren, hepatitis autoinmune, artritis reumatoide, esclerosis múltiple, alopecia, encefalomielitis, esclerosis biliar primaria, colangitis esclerosante, nefropatía membranosa, penfigoide ampolloso, pénfigo vulgar, esclerodermia, enfermedad de Graves, pénfigo foliáceo, miocarditis, neuromielitis óptica, tiroiditis de Hashimoto, anemia hemolítica, púrpura trombocitopénica o neutropenia autoinmune. En una modalidad particular de la invención, las partículas de la composición comprenden poli(lactida-co-glicólido) (PLG), ácido poliláctico (PLA), un copolímero de PLG y PLA (PLGA) o un liposoma y tiene un potencial zeta de entre 0 mV y -100 mV.
