Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método de preparación de una clase de intermediarios de herbicidas, en particular a un método para preparar un intermediario de un compuesto de uracilo que contiene isooxazolina, que comprende: hacer reaccionar el éster metílico del ácido 3-amino-4,4,4-trifluorocrotónico con carbamato de arilo sustituido; en un proceso de reacción, evaporando continuamente agua y el subproducto de alcohol en el sistema; y realizar el procesamiento para obtener el intermediario del compuesto de uracilo que contiene isooxazolina. En el método de la presente invención, se mejoran la selectividad de la reacción y la proporción de utilización de las materias primas; se reducen los productos de hidrólisis, las impurezas y el alquitrán; el tiempo de reacción se acorta considerablemente; y se mejora la productividad. Además, después de una recristalización de los productos crudos, se puede obtener un producto intermediario con una pureza superior al 97% y el rendimiento cuantitativo puede ser superior al 85%, lo que es adecuado para la producción industrial.
