Abstract
La invención se refiere a un molde (10) que comprende una primera placa de molde (11) que tiene un lado de entrada caliente en funcionamiento con al menos una entrada (12), y una segunda placa de molde que forma un lado frío. Entre la primera y la segunda placa de molde se forma una cavidad de molde (14) en un estado cerrado del molde de fundición (10), en cuya cavidad de molde (14) puede producirse una pieza moldeada (16) a partir de la masa fundida solidificada (8) introducida en la cavidad de molde (14) a través de al menos un canal de masa fundida (4), al menos una boquilla de fundición (6) y la al menos una entrada (12). El molde (10) comprende además un sistema de desmoldeo (20) para desmoldar la pieza moldeada (16) del molde (10), comprendiendo el sistema de desmoldeo (20) una unidad eyectora (28, 30), un dispositivo de accionamiento (21) y un dispositivo de transmisión de potencia (24) conectado al dispositivo de accionamiento (21) y a la unidad eyectora (28, 30). Según la invención, el sistema de expulsión (20) está dispuesto fuera de la zona del al menos un canal de fusión (4), de la al menos una boquilla de fundición a presión (6) y de la menos una entrada (12) y tiene una resistencia a la temperatura suficiente para ser colocado en la primera placa del molde (11). La invención se refiere además a un sistema de cámara caliente (1) para la fundición a presión en cámara caliente de metal fundido (8), un método para la fundición a presión de metal o el moldeo por inyección de resina sintética y un uso de un molde.
