Abstract

Se divulga un método para soldadura por ojo de cerradura para soldar dos piezas hechas de una aleación de metal entre ellas; el método ajusta de manera independiente energía en un rayo central enfocado y energía en un rayo anular enfocado concéntrico; en la terminación de una soldadura, se reduce la energía del rayo anular, se detiene el movimiento de los rayos enfocados, se incrementa la energía del rayo central y se disminuye rápidamente la energía de ambos rayos y después se disminuye lentamente hacia abajo; incrementar la energía del rayo central ecualiza la temperatura de ambas piezas antes de la solidificación y enfriamiento en la terminación de la soldadura; un pulso adicional de energía puede aplicarse para evitar la formación de defectos o para borrar cualquier defecto.
