Abstract

MÉTODO DE SOLDAGEM A LASER. Um método para soldagem de buraco de fechadura a laser é divulgado para soldar duas peças feitas de uma liga metálica. O método ajusta independentemente a potência em um feixe central focado e a potência em um feixe anular focado concêntrico. Na terminação de uma solda, a potência do feixe anular é reduzida, o movimento dos feixes focalizados é interrompido, a potência do feixe central é aumentada e a potência de ambos os feixes é inicialmente reduzida rapidamente e depois reduzida lentamente. Aumentar a potência do feixe central equaliza a temperatura de ambas as peças antes da solidificação e resfriamento no término da solda.
