método de soldagem por fusão de uma ou mais chapas de aço feitas em aço endurecíveis por prensagem. método para soldagem por fusão de chapas de aço (1, 2) de aço endurecível por prensagem, preferivelmente aço manganês-boro, em que uma das chapas de aço apresenta um revestimento metálico (4) que contém alumínio, e em que a soldagem por fusão é feita com o fornecimento de material adicional (11) para o banho de fusão (9) gerado exclusivamente por meio um feixe de laser. para melhorar a temperabilidade da costura de solda (14), independentemente de as chapas de aço a serem soldadas entre si serem chapas de aço da mesma qualidade ou de qualidade de material diferente e/ou chapas de aço de diferentes espessuras de chapa, um único ponto focal de laser (16) com diferentes distribuições de energia é gerado no banho de fusão desta forma por um ou mais elementos ópticos, que o ponto focal de laser (16) tem uma área de ponto focal de laser menor (16.1) e uma área de ponto focal de laser maior (16.2), em que a área de ponto focal de laser maior irradia uma área que é pelo menos duas vezes, preferivelmente pelo menos 3 vezes, uma área irradiada pela área menor do ponto focal do laser, e em que na área de ponto focal de laser menor é introduzida uma potência de energia de laser maior por unidade de área do que na área de ponto focal de laser maior. o método é distinguido por alta produtividade e consumo de energia comparativamente baixo. além disso, o método pode ser implementado com relativamente pouco esforço.
