Abstract

En la presente se proporciona un aparato de laminación sesgada con el cual pueden prevenirse los defectos de forma en porciones no constantes de los extremos frontal y posterior de una carcasa de tubo sin soldadura. El aparato de laminación sesgada incluye: una laminadora de perforación sesgada para laminar por perforación; y una laminadora de diámetro externo sesgado después de la laminadora de perforación sesgada, satisfaciendo el aparato de laminación sesgada las siguientes fórmulas (1) y (2), 3 × (1.2PO + 2G) = LS = 0.8BL ... (1) 1.2PO + 2G > DS = DB + 2G ... (2), donde LS es la distancia (mm) entre una zona de laminación de rodillos de laminación por perforación y una zona de laminación de rodillos de laminación de diámetro externo, DS es el espacio entre rodillos entre los rodillos de laminación de diámetro externo, PO es el diámetro externo (mm) de un émbolo, G es el espacio gap (mm) entre el émbolo y los rodillos de laminación por perforación, BL es la longitud (mm) de una barra, y DB es el diámetro externo (mm) de la barra.
