Abstract
En este documento se describe un producto de hoja de soldadura fuerte de múltiples capas de aleación de aluminio para soldar en una atmósfera de gas inerte sin un fundente, que comprende una capa de núcleo hecha de una aleación de 3xxx que comprende del 0.20al 0.75% en peso de Mg, y provista con una capa de revestimiento de cubierta que comprende del 2 al 5% en peso de Si en uno o ambos lados de dicha capa de núcleo de aleación de 3xxx y una capa de revestimiento de soldadura fuerte de Al-Si que comprende del 7 al 13% en peso de Si posicionada entre la capa de núcleo de aleación de 3xxx y la capa de revestimiento de cubierta, en donde la capa de revestimiento de cubierta tiene un espesor X1 y la capa de revestimiento de soldadura fuerte de Al-Si tiene un espesor X2 y en donde X2 = 2X1. La invención se refiere además al uso de un producto de hoja de soldadura fuerte de múltiples capas de aleación de aluminio en una operación de soldadura fuerte de atmósfera controlada (CAB) libre de fundente para producir un aparato intercambiador de calor.
