Abstract

Se describe en el presente documento, un producto de hoja con múltiples capas de una aleación de aluminio para la soldadura por braseado, para la soldadura por braseado en una atmósfera de gas inerte, sin un fundente, que incluye una capa central hecha de una aleación 3xxx que incluye < 0.2% en peso de Mg, y que proporciona una capa de revestimiento de cobertura que incluye 2-6 % en peso de Si en uno o ambos lados de la capa central de la aleación 3xxx y una capa de revestimiento para la soldadura por braseado de Al-Si, que incluye 7-13% en peso de Si, colocada entre la capa central de la aleación 3xxx y la capa de revestimiento de cobertura, en donde la capa de revestimiento de cobertura tiene un espesor X1 y la capa de revestimiento para la soldadura por braseado de Al-Si tiene un espesor X2 y en donde X2 = 2X1. También se describe en el presente documento, el uso de un producto de hoja con múltiples capas de una aleación de aluminio para la soldadura por braseado en una operación de soldadura por braseado en una atmósfera controlada (CAB) sin fundente, para producir un aparato intercambiador de calor.
