Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un freno de disco para un vehículo industrial teniendo una pinza de freno configurada como pinza deslizante que está tendida sobre un disco de freno, dos guarniciones de freno (3) dispuestas en ésta que se pueden mover en sentido contrario en dirección hacia el disco de freno, teniendo en cada caso una plancha portadora de guarnición (4) y un forro de fricción (5) fijado en ésta, las guarniciones de freno estando dispuestas, retenidas en cada caso bajo la precarga de un muelle de retención de guarnición (10), en la cual se apoya un estribo de retención de guarnición sujetado en la pinza de freno y tendido sobre una abertura de montaje de la pinza de freno, en un pozo de un portador de freno en el lado del vehículo delimitado en la dirección de rotación del disco de freno por unos cuernos de portador de freno, así como teniendo un dispositivo de retención mediante el cual las guarniciones de freno (3) se pueden regresar después de un desplazamiento a causa de un frenado y una liberación del freno, el dispositivo de reposición comprendiendo unos elementos de separación (6) elásticos que atacan en guarniciones de freno (3) opuestas entre sí y actúan igualmente contra la respectiva dirección de movimiento de apriete, el freno de disco estando configurado de tal manera que se prevén dos elementos de separación (6) moldeados en forma de V que se apoyan en la región de conexión de sus respectivos brazos de muelle (7) en el estribo de retención de guarnición o están fijados en éste, los brazos de muelle (7) de cada elemento de separación (6) estando sujetado con sus extremos (15) en guarniciones de freno (3) opuestas entre sí.
