Abstract
La invención se refiere a una leche líquida de origen vegetal que tiene una composición de ingredientes que comprende los siguientes ingredientes: - al menos una proteína vegetal como la única fuente de proteína de dicha composición, - al menos un aceite o grasa de origen vegetal, - al menos un edulcorante natural, - citrato de calcio tetrahidrato como la única sal de calcio en dicha composición, - al menos un regulador seleccionado de la lista de fosfato dipotásico, fosfato disódico, lactato de potasio, lactato de sodio, carbonato de potasio, carbonato de sodio, citrato de potasio, citrato de sodio y una mezcla de ellos y sus ácidos correspondientes,- opcionalmente sabores, colorantes y/o vitaminas - agua, dicha leche está libre de gomas, espesantes hidrocoloides y emulsionantes sintéticos.
