Abstract

La presente invención refiere a un dispositivo y a un método para mejorar la calidad de los métodos de fundición automatizados basados en máquina mediante la identificación de las piezas fundidas por reconocimiento de patrones y de estructuras, teniendo dicho método las siguientes características: una vez llenados los moldes de fundición (12) deseados y monitorizados mediante sensores y cámaras, y una vez abierto el molde de fundición, se identifica cada pieza de fundición terminada mediante el reconocimiento de patrones y el seguimiento de los mismos, se eliminan las posibles rebabas y se alimentan las piezas de fundición a un proceso de limpieza por chorro.
