Abstract
Se describe un mecanismo de codificación de video. El mecanismo incluye codificar una pluralidad de representaciones de subcapas en un flujo de bits. Los parámetros del decodificador de referencia hipotético (HRD) y una bandera de presencia de parámetros de búfer de imágenes de codificación (CPB) de subcapa (sublayer_cpb_params_present_flag) también se codifican en el flujo de bits. Se deduce que los parámetros HRD para todas las representaciones de subcapa con identificadores temporales (TemporalIds) inferiores a un TemporalId máximo son iguales a los parámetros HRD para una representación de subcapa máxima con el TemporalId máximo cuando sublayer_cpb_params_present_flag se establece en cero.
