Abstract
Se describe un mecanismo de codificación de video. El mecanismo incluye codificar una imagen codificada en una o más unidades de capa de abstracción de red (NAL) de capa de codificación de vídeo (VCL) en un flujo de bits. Una unidad NAL no VCL se codifica en el flujo de bits de manera que un identificador temporal (TemporalId) para la unidad NAL no VCL se restringe a ser igual a un TemporalId de una unidad de acceso (AU) que contiene la unidad NAL no VCL cuando un tipo de unidad NAL (nal_unit_type) de la NAL no VCL indica un mensaje de información de mejora suplementaria (SEI). Se realiza un conjunto de pruebas de conformidad del flujo de bits en el flujo de bits en función del mensaje SEI. El flujo de bits se almacena para la comunicación hacia un decodificador.
