Abstract
Se describe un mecanismo de codificación de video. El mecanismo incluye codificar un flujo de bits que comprende uno o más conjuntos de capas de salida (OLS). Un decodificador de referencia hipotético (HRD) lleva a cabo un proceso de extracción de subflujo de bits para extraer un OLS de destino de los OLS.
