Abstract

Se describe un mecanismo de codificación de video. El mecanismo incluye codificar un flujo de bits que comprende uno o más conjuntos de capas de salida (OLS). Un decodificador de referencia hipotético (HRD) lleva a cabo un proceso de extracción de subflujo de bits para extraer un OLS de destino de los OLS. Una unidad de capas de abstracción de red (NAL) de información de mejora suplementaria (SEI) que contiene un mensaje de SEI de anidamiento escalable se elimina del flujo de bits cuando ningún mensaje de SEI anidado escalable en el mensaje de SEI de anidamiento escalable hace referencia al OLS de destino.
