Abstract
Se divulga un mecanismo de codificación de video. El mecanismo incluye codificar un flujo de bits que comprende una o más capas de imágenes codificadas. Un conjunto de parámetros de video (VPS) también se codifica en el flujo de bits. El VPS incluye un código de identificación de modo de conjunto de capa de salida (OLS) (ols_mode_idc) que especifica que un número total de OLS especificados por el VPS es igual a un número de capas especificadas por el VPS. El flujo de bits se almacena para comunicación hacia un decodificador.
