Abstract
Un método de decodificación de un flujo de bits de video o imagen implementado por un dispositivo de decodificación, el flujo de bits incluye un conjunto de parámetros de secuencia actual (SPS) que comprende elementos de sintaxis que se aplican a una secuencia de video, el método comprende: obtener un primer elemento de sintaxis utilizado para determinar el número máximo de subcapas temporales que se permite que estén presentes en cada secuencia de video de capa codificada) con referencia al SPS actual, en donde el valor del primer elemento de sintaxis se encuentra en el intervalo de 0 a un primer valor, en donde el primer valor es el valor de un segundo elemento de sintaxis utilizado para determinar el número máximo de subcapas temporales que se permite que estén presentes en una capa en cada secuencia de video codificada con referencia a un conjunto de parámetros de video, cuando el SPS hace referencia al segundo elemento de sintaxis; decodificar el flujo de bits basado en el valor del primer elemento de sintaxis.
