Abstract
La presente divulgación proporciona métodos y dispositivos; un método de codificación implementado por un dispositivo de decodificación, comprendiendo: cuando un modo de predicción de un bloque de codificación actual es intra predicción, y el bloque de codificación actual es procesado utilizando modo de codificación de intra sub-división, determinar si una anchura de un bloque de transformada actual es más grande que o igual a un primer umbral o no, y si la anchura del bloque de transformada actual es más pequeño que o igual a un segundo umbral o no, el bloque de transformada actual es correspondido con el bloque de codificación actual; cuando la anchura del bloque de transformada actual es más grande que o igual al primer umbral y la anchura del bloque de transformada actual es más pequeño que o igual al segundo umbral, ejecutar el proceso de transformada en el bloque de transformada actual, en donde un núcleo de transformada DST 7 es utilizado en la transformada de dirección horizontal.
