Abstract

Se describe una lámina de acero eléctrico de grano orientado capaz de obtener excelentes propiedades magnéticas de forma estable en toda la longitud de la bobina. Una lámina de acero eléctrico de grano orientado incluye: una composición química que contiene, en % en masa, C: 0.005% o menos, Si: 2.0% a 4.5%, y Mn: 0.01% a 0.5%, y, en ppm en masa, N: 20 ppm o menos, cada uno de Se, Te y O: menos de 50 ppm, S: menos de 30 ppm y Al soluble en ácido: menos de 40 ppm y Ti: menos de 30 ppm, de las cuales 5 ppm o más y 25 ppm o menos es Ti soluble en ácido, el resto siendo Fe e impurezas inevitables; y precipitados que contienen Ti y N con un tamaño de grano de 200 nm o más a una frecuencia de 0.05 granos/mm2 o más.
