Abstract

본 발명은 고온 특성과 상온 가공성이 우수한 냉연강판 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 중량%로, C:0.0005~0.003%, Mn:0.30~0.70%, Al:0.02~0.10%, P:0.003~0.020%, N:0.002~0.006%, S:0.015% 이하(0% 포함), V:0.01~0.05%, B:0.0005~0.0035%, W:0.04~0.10%, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고; 상기 V와 B에 대한 C 및 N의 유효 원자비[(V*1.2B)/(C+N)]가 0.00009~0.00069이고; 미세조직은 면적%로 95%이상의 폴리고날 페라이트 및 5%이하(0%는 제외)의 침상 페라이트를 함유하고; 그리고 0.01~0.10㎛ 크기의 (V,B)(C,N) 석출물을 포함하는 가공성이 우수한 냉연강판 및 그 제조방법이 제공된다.
