Abstract
Un problema a resolver por la presente invención es proporcionar una nueva forma de adsorbente adecuada para un cartucho de vehículo a motor; una hoja de fibra de carbón activado satisface una o dos o más de las condiciones para los índices, como un área de superficie específica, un volumen de poro de poros que tienen un diámetro de poro dado y una densidad de hoja; una modalidad, por ejemplo, puede tener: un área de superficie específica que oscila entre 1400 y 2300 m2 /g; un volumen de poro que varía de 0.20 a 0.70 cm3 /g para poros que tienen diámetros de poro de más de 0.7 nm y 2.0 nm o menos; una relación de abundancia R0.7/2.0, que es una relación de un volumen de poro de microporos que tienen un diámetro de poro de 0.7 nm o menos ocupado en un volumen de poro de microporos que tienen un diámetro de poro de 2.0 nm o menos, que varía de 5% a menos de 25%, y una densidad de hoja que oscila entre 0.030 y 0.200 g/cm3.
