Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de atornillado para la conexión de componentes que requieren altas presiones de contacto para su atornillado, con la unidad de atornillado que está conectada a un robot articulado, en donde la unidad de atornillado contiene un motor para el accionamiento giratorio, un actuador para el accionamiento lineal, un mecanismo de engranajes, un eje de torsión, un soporte de herramientas para una herramienta de atornillado y un cabezal de suministro que se suministra con tornillos, preferentemente tornillos de perforación de flujo, que se sujetan en el cabezal de suministro durante la operación de atornillado, estando dispuestos el soporte de herramienta, la herramienta de atornillado y el cabezal de suministro en un eje de tornillo común, se caracteriza por una disposición de cojinete articulado, cuyo giro puede compensar una desviación de un eje de robot del robot articulado provocada por presiones de contacto y una posición inclinada de la unidad de atornillado resultante de ello.
