Abstract

Se describe un método para producir un intercambiador de calor. El intercambiador de calor comprende tubos de intercambio de calor que se extienden a lo largo de una primera dirección y dispuestos a lo largo de una segunda dirección perpendicular a la primera dirección, y una aleta. La aleta está provista de acanaladuras de aleta para montar los tubos de intercambio de calor, y cada acanaladura de aleta está provista de una abertura en un lado en una tercera dirección perpendicular a la primera dirección y a la segunda dirección. El método comprende: proporcionar una preforma de tubo de intercambio de calor, teniendo la preforma de tubo de intercambio de calor un tamaño máximo en una segunda dirección; proporcionar una preforma de aleta, teniendo una acanaladura de aleta de la preforma de aleta un tamaño mínimo en la segunda dirección, y siendo el tamaño máximo mayor que el tamaño mínimo; insertar la preforma de tubo de intercambio de calor en la acanaladura de aleta de la preforma de aleta, a fin de generar una presión de contacto predeterminada entre la preforma de tubo de intercambio de calor y la preforma de aleta por medio de la deformación elástica de al menos una de la preforma de tubo de intercambio de calor y la preforma de aleta; y soldar entre sí la preforma de tubo de intercambio de calor y la preforma de aleta.
