本实用新型涉及一种散热器部件，尤其是一种散热器挡板结构。
背景技术
商业化生产线的高效率给企业带来巨大利润，但如果不合理控制产品合格率，这一利润空间便会大打折扣。汽车用管带式铝散热器芯子一般由散热管、散热带、挡板和主片组成。传统的挡板与散热器主片不连接，在装配、焊接过程中，容易滑移而出现掉带、焊接不良等现象。此外还容易受热应力的拉伸作用而变形。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种散热器挡板结构，能够有效降低装配、焊接过程中的产品缺陷率。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案如下：一种散热器挡板结构，包括挡板本体，其特征在于：所述挡板本体与散热管的长度一致，挡板本体的两端分别设有向外展出的圆角，挡板本体两端的圆角上分别设有凸起的倒扣，挡板本体的板面上沿长度方向对称设有膨胀节。
有益效果：
本实用新型所述的散热器挡板结构，加长挡板长度，使挡板与散热管的长度一致，为便于挡板插入主片；将挡板的两端设计成圆角，在工作状态时，挡板受热膨胀，这个圆角也能吸收一定的变形量；在挡板两个末端分别设置两个倒扣，倒扣可以确保挡板以正确的位置插入主片，防止挡板错位；挡板的板面上沿长度方向对称设有膨胀节，去除了原挡板上Y形空白区域的材料，膨胀节用来吸收挡板受热发生的弹性变形量，防止挡板受热应力而拉裂。
本实用新型散热器挡板结构与主片连接在一起，不仅有效降低装配、焊接过程中的产品缺陷率，还能有效吸收热膨胀弹性变形量，防止挡板拉裂。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示的本实用新型散热器挡板结构，包括挡板本体1，所述挡板本体1与散热管的长度一致，挡板本体1的两端分别设有向外展出的圆角2，挡板本体1两端的圆角2上分别设有凸起的倒扣3，挡板本体1的板面上沿长度方向对称设有膨胀节4。
使用时，在散热器芯子装配设备上，将挡板按照固定位置夹装好，机械手将主片压入散热管时，挡板末端滑进主片短边外边缘的扣板，然后再用夹具将芯子夹紧。
