背景技术
商业化生产线的高效率给企业带来巨大利润,但如果不合理控制产品合格率,这一利润空间便会大打折扣。汽车用管带式铝散热器芯子一般由散热管、散热带、挡板和主片组成。传统的挡板与散热器主片不连接,在装配、焊接过程中,容易滑移而出现掉带、焊接不良等现象。此外还容易受热应力的拉伸作用而变形。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种散热器挡板结构,能够有效降低装配、焊接过程中的产品缺陷率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种散热器挡板结构,包括挡板本体,其特征在于:所述挡板本体与散热管的长度一致,挡板本体的两端分别设有向外展出的圆角,挡板本体两端的圆角上分别设有凸起的倒扣,挡板本体的板面上沿长度方向对称设有膨胀节。
有益效果:
本实用新型所述的散热器挡板结构,加长挡板长度,使挡板与散热管的长度一致,为便于挡板插入主片;将挡板的两端设计成圆角,在工作状态时,挡板受热膨胀,这个圆角也能吸收一定的变形量;在挡板两个末端分别设置两个倒扣,倒扣可以确保挡板以正确的位置插入主片,防止挡板错位;挡板的板面上沿长度方向对称设有膨胀节,去除了原挡板上Y形空白区域的材料,膨胀节用来吸收挡板受热发生的弹性变形量,防止挡板受热应力而拉裂。
本实用新型散热器挡板结构与主片连接在一起,不仅有效降低装配、焊接过程中的产品缺陷率,还能有效吸收热膨胀弹性变形量,防止挡板拉裂。

如图1、图2、图3、图4所示的本实用新型散热器挡板结构,包括挡板本体1,所述挡板本体1与散热管的长度一致,挡板本体1的两端分别设有向外展出的圆角2,挡板本体1两端的圆角2上分别设有凸起的倒扣3,挡板本体1的板面上沿长度方向对称设有膨胀节4。
使用时,在散热器芯子装配设备上,将挡板按照固定位置夹装好,机械手将主片压入散热管时,挡板末端滑进主片短边外边缘的扣板,然后再用夹具将芯子夹紧。
