Abstract

Un método para fabricar un módulo solar mediante la interconexión de una pluralidad de celdas fotovoltaicas (PV, por sus siglas en inglés) en las cuales al menos una primera celda PV se interconecta con una segunda celda PV usando un adherente eléctricamente conductor que comprende o consiste en una pasta de soldadura. La pasta de soldadura comprende partículas de aleación de soldadura dispersadas en un flujo de soldadura. La aleación de soldadura comprende una aleación de soldadura que contiene Sn que tiene una temperatura líquida menor que 225 °C.
