Abstract

En la presente se proporcionan métodos mejorados para el agotamiento robusto de células TCR+ y la producción de poblaciones de células TCR-, que pueden ser beneficiosas para minimizar el riesgo de GvHD en pacientes que reciben terapia con linfocitos T con CAR alogénico. En la presente se proporcionan métodos que aumentan la eficacia en el agotamiento de las células TCR+ de una población de células para reducir significativamente cualquier nivel residual de células TCR+ presentes en poblaciones celulares en las que se ha reducido o eliminado la expresión de TCR endógeno. También se proporcionan kits asociados y poblaciones celulares.
