Abstract
La presente invención es un catalizador que comprende: (i) un compuesto que comprende al menos un primer elemento metálico seleccionado de entre boro, magnesio, circonio y hafnio, y (ii) un elemento de metal alcalino, en donde el compuesto y el elemento de metal alcalino están sostenidos sobre un portador que tiene grupos silanol, un tamaño promedio de partícula del compuesto del primer elemento metálico es de 0.4 nm o más y de 50 nm o menos, el catalizador cumple la siguiente fórmula (1): 0.90 ×10-21 (g/número) ?X/ (Y×Z) <10.8×10-21 (g/número) ··· fórmula (1), en la cual X es una proporción molar del elemento de metal alcalino a al menos un primer elemento metálico en el catalizador, Y es un área superficial específica BET del catalizador (m2/g), y Z es un número de grupos silanol por unidad de superficie (número/nm2).
