Abstract

La invención se relaciona a un producto de té que comprende una composición conservante, en donde el producto de té es una bebida lista para beber o un concentrado de bebida y la composición conservante comprende: (A) hexanal; (B) E-2-hexanal; (C) E-2-hexenol; (D) óxido de E-linalol; (E) metanol; y (F) salicilato de metilo, en donde la concentración total de (A) + (B) (C) + (D) + (E)+ (F) en el producto de té es 10 ppm a 10000 ppm, y en donde el producto de té comprende linalol en una concentración de tal forma que la proporción de la concentración de linalol a la concentración total de (A) + (B) + (C) + (D) + (E) + (F) en el producto de té es 1:14 a 1:800.
