Abstract

Un dispositivo de identificación de defectos (8) para la identificación de defectos en las telas (24) que comprende un bastidor de soporte (12) provisto de un travesaño (16) que soporta al menos una cámara de video (20) para captar imágenes de una tela (24) mientras se está tejiendo, medios de movimiento (40) para mover la al menos una cámara de video (20), una unidad de procesamiento y control (44) programada para controlar los medios de movimiento (40) para mover la cámara de video (20) automáticamente en tiempo real a lo largo de una dirección de la trama transversal (X-X) con el fin de seguir las etapas de tejido de la tela (24) que se está formando, adquirir por adelantado la geometría de la tela (24) que se va a fabricar y establecer al menos un parámetro dimensional teórico de comparación y un valor límite de tolerancia para dicho parámetro dimensional teórico, capturar imágenes de la tela (24) que se está formando en tiempo real, procesar dichas imágenes para adquirir dicho parámetro dimensional real de la tela (24) que se está formando y compararlo con el parámetro dimensional teórico, detectar la presencia de un error de tejido si la diferencia entre el parámetro dimensional real y el parámetro dimensional teórico es superior al valor límite de tolerancia, almacenando las coordenadas de las correspondientes porciones de la tela (48) que tiene errores o defectos de tejido.
