Abstract
Un dispositivo de recuperación (200) de un compuesto orgánico volátil (VOC) es un dispositivo para recuperar el VOC en un horno de secado de revestimiento (100) en el cual se lleva una pieza de trabajo (2) revestida con un revestimiento soluble en agua y que seca una película de revestimiento de la pieza de trabajo (2). El horno de secado de revestimiento (100) incluye: una zona de evaporación (120) en la que se transporta la pieza de trabajo (2) y en la que se evapora la humedad de la pieza de trabajo (2) a una temperatura del horno que oscila entre 80°C y 120°C; y una zona de curado (130) dispuesta a continuación de la zona de evaporación (120) para curar la película de revestimiento a una temperatura del horno que oscila entre 150°C y 200°C. El dispositivo de recuperación (200) incluye: un primer pasaje de extracción (202) que comunica con la zona de evaporación (120), siendo el primer pasaje de extracción (202) para sacar el primer aire del horno (121) en la zona de evaporación (120); un segundo pasaje de extracción (203) que comunica con la zona de curado (130), siendo el segundo pasaje de extracción (203) para sacar el segundo aire del horno (131) en la zona de curado (130); una cámara de mezclado (230) configurada para mezclar el primer aire de horno (121) y el segundo aire de horno (131) para obtener aire mezclado (231); y una unidad de recuperación de refrigeración (300) configurada para enfriar el aire mezclado (231) y recuperar, como condensado (501), el VOC contenido en el aire mezclado (231), junto con la humedad.
