Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso de granulación en seco y secado no por pulverización para la preparación de una mezcla de partículas cerámicas que comprende desde el 4 % en peso hasta el 9 % en peso de agua, en donde al menos el 90 % en peso de las partículas tienen un tamaño de partículas de desde 80 µm hasta 600 µm, en donde el proceso comprende las etapas de: (a) formar un material precursor; (b) someter el material precursor a una etapa de compactación para formar un material precursor compactado; (c) someter el material precursor compactado a una etapa de machacado para formar un material precursor machacado; y (d) someter el material precursor machacado a al menos dos etapas de clasificación por aire, en donde una etapa de clasificación por aire retira al menos una porción de las partículas que tienen un tamaño de partículas superior a 600 µm del material precursor machacado, y en donde la otra etapa de clasificación por aire retira al menos una porción de las partículas que tienen un tamaño de partículas inferior a 80 µm del material precursor machacado.
