Abstract
В настоящей заявке описан способ, включающий обработку сдвигом сырья, содержащего твердый компонент, в устройстве высокоскоростного сдвига для изготовления продукта, по меньшей мере часть которого содержит обработанные сдвигом твердые вещества, и отделение, по меньшей мере, некоторых из обработанных сдвигом твердых веществ от продукта для изготовления продукта с уменьшенным содержанием компонента, причём твердый компонент в питающем потоке имеет первую плотность частиц, при этом обработанные сдвигом твердые вещества в продукте имеют вторую плотность частиц, которая больше чем первая плотность. Согласно некоторым вариантам реализации твердый компонент сырья содержит газ, захваченный в нем, причём по меньшей мере часть указанного газа высвобождают из твердого компонента после его обработки сдвигом. В настоящей заявке также описан способ измельчения твердых веществ в питающем потоке, содержащем твердый компонент, согласно которому обрабатывают питающий поток в устройстве высокоскоростного сдвига для изготовления потока продукта, содержащего измельченные твердые вещества.
