Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения гранул, включающему следующие стадии: обеспечение зоны гранулирования, содержащей частицы, причем частицы поддерживаются в движении, обеспечение первого потока питания, содержащего жидкую композицию, в зоне гранулирования, причем жидкая композиция наносится на или поверх движущихся частиц в зоне гранулирования, удаление потока продукта, содержащего гранулы, из зоны гранулирования, причем гранулы являются результатом наращивания слоя на движущихся частицах в зоне гранулирования, в котором второй поток питания, содержащий зародыши гранулирования, подается в зону гранулирования, где зародыши гранулирования имеют распределение частиц по размеру, характеризующееся стандартным отклонением размера частиц, которое составляет менее 15% среднего размера частиц, и где второй поток питания содержит от 0,05 до 50 мас.% потока продукта.
