Abstract

La presente invencion se relaciona con un proceso para la preparacion de gránulos que comprende las etapas de: proporcionar una zona de granulacion que comprende partículas, las partículas se mantienen en movimiento; proporcionar un primer flujo de carga que comprende una composicion líquida dentro de la zona de granulacion, la composicion líquida se aplica en o sobre las partículas en movimiento en la zona de granulacion; retirar un flujo de producto que comprende gránulos de la zona de granulacion, los gránulos son el resultado del crecimiento de la formacion de capas de las partículas en movimiento en la zona de granulacion; en donde un segundo flujo de carga que comprende el nucleo de granulacion se carga dentro de la zona de granulacion, en donde el nucleo de granulacion tiene una distribucion de tamano de partícula caracterizada por una desviacion estándar del tamano de partícula que es menos de 15% del tamano de partícula medio, y en donde el segundo flujo de carga comprende entre 0.05 % en peso y 50 % en peso del flujo de producto.
