Abstract
La invención se refiere a una cerveza que tiene un contenido de etanol de 0-1.0% en volumen, que comprende por lo menos 0.001 µg/1 de etil-2-metilpentanoato (EMP). Se ha encontrado que EMP tiene un fuerte efecto de enmascaramiento del sabor a mosto.
