Abstract

La presente invención tiene como objetivo proporcionar un método para formar una película de revestimiento de múltiples capas, que tenga una buena lisura de la película de revestimiento; un método para formar una película de revestimiento de múltiples capas, que comprende una primera etapa de aplicación de la composición de revestimiento acuosa de aplicar una primera composición de revestimiento acuosa (A) para formar una primera película de revestimiento acuosa sin curar; una segunda etapa de aplicación de la composición de revestimiento acuosa de aplicar una segunda composición de revestimiento acuosa (B) sobre la primera película de revestimiento acuosa sin curar para formar una segunda película de revestimiento acuosa sin curar; una etapa de revestimiento transparente de aplicar una composición de revestimiento transparente (C) sobre la segunda película de revestimiento acuosa sin curar para formar una película de revestimiento transparente sin curar; y una etapa de curado de curar por calor de una sola vez estas películas de revestimiento para formar una película de revestimiento de múltiples capas, en donde la primera composición de revestimiento acuosa (A) contiene una resina de poliuretano dispersable en agua (a1) y un modificador de viscosidad (a2), y la segunda composición de revestimiento acuosa (B) contiene agua y un disolvente orgánico como componentes diluyentes, además de materias sólidas en un estado de dilución a una viscosidad de revestimiento.
