Abstract

Se proporciona una composición de caucho líquido curable que tiene una estabilidad de viscosidad mejorada. La composición de caucho líquido curable incluye al menos un polímero reticulable funcionalizado que sea líquido a 25 °C, contiene al menos un monómero de dieno en forma polimerizada y está funcionalizado con uno o más grupos funcionales de anhídrido, uno o más grupos funcionales de hidroxilo o uno o más grupos funcionales de (met)acrilato; al menos un polímero reticulable no funcionalizado que sea líquido a 25 °C que contenga al menos un monómero de dieno en forma polimerizada y no esté funcionalizado con grupos funcionales de anhídrido, hidroxilo o (met)acrilato; al menos un coagente de monómero metálico que sea una sal de carboxilato metálico que contenga al menos un grupo funcional de (met)acrilato; y al menos un relleno inorgánico. La composición de caucho líquido curable tiene un contenido de humedad total de no más de 1,000 ppm, por lo que al controlar la cantidad de agua se reduce la tendencia de la composición a mostrar un aumento de la viscosidad con el tiempo.
