Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para la preparación de una mezcla de poliéster hiperramificado que se puede obtener al hacer reaccionar un grupo hidroxilo que contiene ácido carboxílico (B) con al menos un grupo ácido carboxílico y al menos dos grupos hidroxilo con un diol (C) que tiene un peso molecular de más de 100 g/mol, opcionalmente en presencia de al menos un reactivo adicional, en donde el al menos un reactivo adicional es un poliol (A) que tiene al menos tres grupos hidroxilo en una condición de reacción que permite la formación de éster y éter; y hacer reaccionar la mezcla resultante de la etapa (a) con un ácido carboxílico hidrófobo (D), lo que da como resultado la mezcla de poliéster hiperramificado. La invención se refiere además a dicha mezcla de poliéster hiperramificado y al uso como inhibidor de cera, como depresor del punto de fluidez, como lubricante o en aceites lubricantes.
