Abstract
Se describe un método para analizar una muestra biológica que contiene células biológicas, y se proporciona un aparato de análisis para implementar el método de análisis. El método de análisis comprende una etapa de medir parámetros de citometría para cada célula biológica contenida en una muestra biológica; una etapa de determinación, para cada célula biológica de la muestra biológica, de un punto en un espacio N-dimensional cuyas coordenadas están definidas con base en parámetros de citometría medidos para la célula biológica correspondiente, en donde N es un número entero mayor que o igual a 3; una etapa de agrupamiento automático de los puntos en diferentes conjuntos de células con base en los parámetros de citometría medidos, de manera que defina un archivo de conjunto de muestra; y una etapa de comparar los archivos de conjuntos de muestra con archivos de conjunto de referencia, cara cuno de los archivos de conjunto de referencia está definido a partir de parámetros de citometría de una muestra biológica patológica o anormal respectiva.
