Abstract
La descripcion provee una composicion de postre congelado que comprende (A) aproximadamente 6 a 15% en peso de palatinosa con base en el peso total de la composicion, y (B) aproximadamente 10 a 30% en peso de una dextrina o una combinacion de una dextrina y una fibra dietetica soluble con base en el peso total de la composicion; la descripcion provee tambien un metodo de fabricacion de una composicion de postre congelado, que comprende mezclar los siguientes componentes con agua: (A) aproximadamente 6 a 15% en peso de palatinosa con base en el peso total de la composicion, y (B) aproximadamente 10 a 30% en peso de una dextrina o una combinacion de una dextrina y una fibra dietetica soluble con base en el peso total de la composicion.
