Abstract
La presente invención proporciona: un material de molde de fundición que tiene una fluidez mejorada adicional y hace posible mejorar aún más la tasa de llenado para un molde de fundición que se obtiene por moldeo; y un material de molde de fundición que tiene buenas propiedades de liberación de molde de fundición y desintegración, proporciona a las piezas de fundición una superficie de fundición favorable, puede mejorar efectivamente la deposición de arena en las piezas de fundición y puede proporcionar ventajosamente un molde de fundición que tenga una resistencia superior. La presente invención se caracteriza por ser un material granular seco que es fluido a temperatura ambiente y es el producto de un agente aglutinante inorgánico soluble en agua que se utiliza para formar una capa de aglutinante sólida sobre un agregado resistente al fuego de tal manera que la superficie del agregado se reviste, y las partículas de resina de silicona esférica repelente de agente aglutinante se unen y conforman una capa en la superficie de la capa de aglutinante de modo que una porción de las partículas esféricas de resina de silicona no se cubre por el agente aglutinante inorgánico soluble en agua y se expone.
