Abstract
Se proporciona: un material de molde de fundición que tiene fluidez con mayor mejoría y hace posible mejorar aún más la tasa de llenado de un molde de conformación durante el moldeo del molde de fundición; y un material de molde de fundición que brinda a las fundiciones una superficie de fundición favorable, puede mitigar de forma efectiva la deposición de arena en las fundiciones, y puede proporcionar de forma ventajosa un molde de fundición que tiene resistencia superior. Un material de molde de fundición que es una arena de revestimiento húmeda que tiene partículas de resina de silicona esféricas repelentes al aglutinante y que están sobre la superficie de dicha arena, la cual se forma al mezclar por lo menos un agente aglutinante inorgánico soluble en agua que tienen una viscosidad no mayor a 1 Pa·s (1000 cP) y las partículas de resina de silicona esféricas con un agregado resistente al fuego.
