Abstract
Un objetivo de la presente invencion es proponer un dispositivo capaz de insertar automáticamente un tubo en un dado plegador en vez de hacerlo manualmente, incluso si la forma de un producto excede de dos metros de longitud, el dispositivo comprende un dado plegador 1 que tiene una porcion de inserción de tubo 2, y un cuerpo móvil 21 que incluye un mecanismo guia 29 que guia a un tubo 20 hacia una porcion superior de la porcion de inserción de tubo, un mecanismo guia auxiliar 22a que mantiene al tubo en la porcion superior de la porcion de inserción de tubo, un rodillo de inserción 30 que inserta el tubo en la porcion de inserción de tubo, un par de ruedas de transmisión 23 que ruedan a lo largo de rieles inferiores 18, y un mecanismo impulsor 25, en donde el cuerpo móvil 21 se mueve e inserta un tubo 20A en el dado plegador mientras tiene el mecanismo guia auxiliar y las ruedas de transmisión sujetan el dado plegador.
