Abstract
Se describen un sistema y método para proporcionar un régimen de dosificación de proteína plasmática terapéutica que incluye determinar un perfil farmacocinetico de un paciente utilizando un modelo Bayesiano de perfiles farmacocinéticos de pacientes muestreados. El sistema y método ilustrativos también incluyen determinar un primer régimen de dosificación durante un primer intervalo de dosificación especificado que incluye (i) una primera dosis y (ii) un primer nivel de proteína plasmática terapéutica en el paciente durante un periodo de tiempo basado al menos en el perfil farmacocinético, y determinar un segundo régimen de dosificación durante un segundo intervalo de dosificación especificado que incluye (i) una segunda dosis y (ii) un segundo nivel de proteína plasmática terapéutica en el paciente durante el periodo de tiempo basándose en al menos el perfil farmacocinético.
