Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para poner en operación un sistema de preformado fino que comprende por lo menos una prensa de preformado fino que comprende por lo menos una primera unidad de prensa y por lo menos una segunda unidad de prensa, que comprende además por lo menos un primer accionamiento de prensa para accionar la por lo menos una primera unidad de prensa en un primer movimiento de accionamiento contra la por lo menos una segunda unidad de prensa durante una etapa de proceso de preformado fino, que comprende además sensores dispuestos para recopilar datos de parámetros de la por lo menos una primera unidad de prensa y/o la por lo menos una segunda unidad de prensa y/o de otros componentes del sistema de preformado fino, el método comprende los pasos de: • recopilar datos de parámetros con los sensores de la por lo menos una primera unidad de prensa y/o la por lo menos una segunda unidad de prensa y/o de otros componentes del sistema de preformado fino durante un primer paso del proceso de preformado fino, • determinar ajustes para parámetros de control de la por lo menos una primera unidad de prensa y/o la por lo menos una segunda unidad de prensa y/o de otros componentes del sistema de preformado fino en base a los datos de parámetros recopilados y • aplicar los ajustes a los parámetros de control de la por lo menos una primera unidad de prensa y/o la por lo menos una segunda unidad de prensa y/o de otros componentes del sistema de preformado fino en un segundo paso del proceso de preformado fino subsecuente al primer paso del proceso de preformado fino.
