Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la producción de una granulación de magnesia sinterizada, en el que la magnesia sinterizada se produce mediante sinterización de piezas prensadas, en particular pellets, de harina de MgO, preferentemente de harina de MgO-magnesita cocida cáustica, y posterior trituración mecánica de las piezas prensadas, en el que se sinteriza de tal manera que la granulación presenta una porosidad de grano (porosidad total) de acuerdo con las normas DIN EN 993-1:1195-04 y DIN EN 993-18:1999-01 del 15 al 38 % en volumen, preferentemente del 20 al 38 % en volumen, así como a una mezcla para la producción de un producto cerámico grueso, refractario, conformado o no conformado, que contiene la magnesia sinterizada porosa, a un producto de este tipo, producido a partir de la mezcla así como a un procedimiento para su producción, un revestimiento interior con mampostería, en particular un revestimiento de trabajo y/o una mampostería de relleno, de un horno industrial de gran volumen, presentando el revestimiento interior con mampostería, en particular el revestimiento de trabajo y/o la mampostería de relleno, al menos un producto de este tipo, así como un horno industrial de este tipo.
