Abstract
Un sistema de recubrimiento (10) para recubrir un sustrato óptico tiene un aparato de identificación (40) configurado para identificar una orientación de por lo menos una marca en una superficie del sustrato óptico; un aparato de recubrimiento (30) configurado para aplicar al menos un material de recubrimiento sobre al menos una porción del sustrato óptico en un patrón predeterminado mediante una deposición controlada del por lo menos un material de recubrimiento en forma de gota atomizada; y un brazo de colocación robótico (80) configurado para mover el sustrato óptico del aparato de identificación (40) al aparato de recubrimiento (30) y colocar al sustrato óptico en una orientación predeterminada con respecto al aparato de recubrimiento (30) en función de la orientación de la por lo menos una marca. El sistema de recubrimiento (10) puede tener un segundo aparato de recubrimiento, tal como un aparato de recubrimiento por rotación.
