Abstract
El propósito de la presente invención es proporcionar un método capaz de producir un derivado de pirimidinamida ópticamente activo en una escala industrial. El compuesto (I) o una sal del mismo se somete a una reacción de reducción asimétrica, el compuesto obtenido (II) o una sal del mismo se somete a una reacción de desprotección, y el compuesto obtenido (III) o una sal del mismo se hace reaccionar con el compuesto (VI) o una sal del mismo para obtener el compuesto (V) o una sal del mismo. (ver fórmulas) en donde cada símbolo se define en la especificación.
